Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers Europe B.V. announced that it has acquired Dutch Filaments BV, a manufacturer of 3D printing filaments with over 70 employees and a production site in Helmond, The Netherlands. Financial details were not disclosed. According to Mitsubishi Chemical, Dutch Filaments started its operations in 2014 and has quickly developed into a leading producer in the field. Richard Luiken, CEO and co-founder of Dutch Filaments, will remain the CEO of the company.
