The Hamburg-based German company Lehmann&Voss&Co. KG is celebrating 35 years of Luvocom compounds at Fakuma 2018.
The product range comprises tailor-made thermoplastic compounds for the challenging requirements of the industry. Focal areas are applications in the fields of tribology, structure, high temperature and conductivity. Amongst others, the company offers Luvosint and Luvocom 3F products for 3D printing, Luvotech technical compounds for industrial applications, and the Luvocom P product line, with powders for electrostatic coatings.
In addition, the blowing agent system Luvobatch PA BA 1001/1002 will be presented, which allows a weight reduction of polyamides with reinforcing materials such as glass fibres, carbon fibres and minerals by up to 30 % and at the same time keeps the loss of mechanical properties at a low level. According to the manufacturer, the system can be used in all common processing techniques.
