In order to provide TPE customers and interested parties with a platform for exchanging information and innovation in these challenging times, Kraiburg TPE has launched the digital TPE Expert Talks. The virtual event took place 12-15 October.
Looking back at the successful first edition of the virtual TPE Expert Talks CEO Franz Hinterecker comments: “The year 2020 has been different for all industries and persons, in business and in private. Given circumstances had to be rethought and routines were put to the test, often even reinvented. 2020 stood for contrasts: Coming to a standstill, movement, regression and progress as well as the realization that the wheel often does not have to be reinvented because you already work with the best partner and grow together, even when times are challenging. Friends, customers and partners of Kraiburg TPE appreciate the service as well as the commitment, and in order to maintain proximity despite distance, the TPE Expert Talks, a kind of online in-house fair, was held for the first time. The agenda consisted of lectures, discussions and presentations of new products and technologies, starting with the company presentation, a session on TPE basics, regulations for the selection of raw materials and sustainability, and many more. In order for the participants to make the most out of the digital exhibition, they were able to create their own tailor-made schedule from a total of more than 25 different sessions. The diverse formats were appreciated by the audience and could be combined completely independent of the previous experience and background of the participant. In particular, the various short formats of 15 or 20 minutes were repeatedly praised by the listeners, as they enabled them to plan the remainder of the day freely and according to their own preferences.”
“Focused on working together and open to new ideas”
Also due to the consistently positive experience and excellent feedback, the company will be planning the coming year with hybrid formats.
Franz Hinterecker comments: “We do not expect existing formats to be completely replaced – rather, they will be enriched by the knowledge that the industry has accumulated in 2020. We strongly believe that our format will provide our customers as well as TPE experts with additional knowledge, and that is also part of our service promise. With all the changes we have seen this year, personal customer contact will of course remain in compliance with the relevant guidelines, now and in the future. This is precisely what is close to our hearts. But we will be weighing up future attendance events differently than 12 months ago, for the sake of employees, customers and the environment. 2020 was a year full of changes and also of new beginnings, always cheered on by people who want to make the best out of the situation. Despite everything, we want to look forward to 2021 as we conclude 2020: with a positive attitude, focused on working together and open to new ideas.”
