With the acquisition of API Applicazioni Plastiche Industriali S.p.A. in June 2017, Trinseo expanded its product portfolio to include soft-touch polymers such as TPEs, EVA-based compounds and two-component PU, as well as a portfolio of bioplastics. From January 2021, K.D. Feddersen will be the official distributor, offering the materials for markets such as automotive, engineering, household appliances, building technology and consumer goods.

“We are very happy with how the relationship with K.D. Feddersen evolved, and we welcome them as our distribution partner for TPE. Together, we are in a better position to serve our partners with material solutions that answer their needs and the customer service they come to expect from Trinseo and K.D. Feddersen”, said Giorgio Bettoli, Sales Manager Engineered Materials EMEA, Trinseo.
„With Trinseo, we have gained an important supplier that excellently complements our product portfolio in the area of TPEs and for our customers‘ 2K applications“ says Dr. Stephan Schnell, Managing Director of K.D. Feddersen GmbH & Co. KG.
