The Jordan Company has completed the acquisition of Polymer Solutions Group’s Polymer Additives division from Arsenal Capital Partners. PSG is a provider of homogenising agents, process aids, dispersions, and release agents for the rubber, plastic, and engineered wood industries globally. Among the products in PSG’s portfolio are SureMix Performance Process Aids for silica rubber compounding. PSG’s Functional Materials Division will remain with Arsenal. PSG’s Polymer Additives division is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, USA.
