The Cellene TPE compounds are suitable for a wide variety of uses in medical devices, packaging and other regulated markets. They are formulated to be silicone, latex, phthalate, halogen and PVC-free using FDA-compliant raw materials to meet USP Class VI and ISO 10993 standards. The company said that the compounds are ideal for medical device manufacturers looking for alternatives to PVC, phthalate-plasticised compounds and various rubber materials. Tekni-Plex is headquartered in Wayne, PA, USA.
