Irina Zschaler has taken over responsibility as Chairmanship of the Board of the Georg Nordmann Holding AG (GNH). Since January 2019, she has been managing the GNH and its affiliated companies, Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH and Rowa Group Holding GmbH, in an operative matrix structure together with her colleague on the board, Marco Bröning. Whereas Marco Bröning is in charge of the Finance and Controlling portfolios, Irina Zschaler continues to be responsible for the Sales and Marketing portfolios.
Zschaler joined Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH in 1989 and passed through various industries in Sales before assuming responsibility for its subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe in 2012. She was a Member of the Management Board until 2018 and was also voted onto the Board of Directors of GNH in 2016.
Bröning has long-standing experience as Finance, Human Resources and Managing Director. He joined GNH in July 2017 and took over responsibility for the Finance und Controlling portfolios. He was able to gain his far-reaching expertise in various executive posts for the globally active consumer goods companies Dole and General Mills.
Zschaler explained the next strategic fields: “We are paying particular attention to finding innovative business models that are suitable for GNH but which may well come from complementary sectors. We are on the lookout for further strings to our bow that offer synergies and whose potentials we can exploit without any preconceived conclusions.”
Bröning added: “One of the most exciting challenges we face in the near future will be the ongoing digitisation and the associated adaptation of communicative and technical options. The processes should be able to cater for a multi-dimensional world so that we can operate safely in the future.” The objective of strengthening the synergies between the group divisions and the clear structure of the GNH is presented on the revamped website.
