The Board of Hexpol AB and CEO and President Mikael Fryklund have decided to part ways. The company said several circumstances have led to this change and that the development of the group, mainly regarding sales growth and growth of results, lately didn’t met the expectations. The recruitment of a successor has started immediately after the announcement on 14 February. In the meantime CFO Peter Rosén will be interim CEO of Hexpol AB with daily support of Georg Brunstam, who will act as working Chairman of the Board.
