Arburg announced that in January 2021 it has entered into a trade partnership with LSVN Co. Ltd. to expand its injection moulding business in Vietnam. Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, LSVN has more than 20 years of experience in the field of injection moulding, during which time it has successfully established itself as a distribution partner and service provider for the injection moulding industry.

According to Arburg, the injection moulding market in Vietnam is currently experiencing growth in the packaging, electronics and construction industries in particular. The company’s Allrounders in the Golden Electric and Golden Edition series with clamping forces from 1,000 to 2,000 kN are in particularly high demand, as are the hybrid high-performance machines in the Hidrive series with clamping forces up to 3,200 kN.
Arburg said it has already been active in the ASEAN region for more than 30 years and is continually investing in the Asian market. Having opened its own subsidiary in Singapore back in 1988, others followed in Malaysia (1992), in Thailand (2001) and in Indonesia (2006).
